Torrenting with home plex server??? Which VPN to use for best download speeds and Plex Remote Access? I currently use PIA, but even though I have a gigabit fiber connection that reliably gives me 700-900mbps down and up hardwired, my Plex media server, which is hardwired as well and running PIA, only downloads at speeds around 2-3mbps in uTorrent.
