If you're having a hard time with adding the country, or switching between accounts, try clearing your device's cache and data, or updating the Google Play Store app, to get things back on track. I was then prompted to accept the new Terms and Conditions for my new country. Went to the device settings and cleared the data for the Google Play Store application (Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Clear Data). Reopened the Play Store and it worked!
