The power on button was stuck on the PC that would not boot this morning. All I had to do was put it in the right place to have the system boot up again without any further issues.
I can't get the system to post at all. It turns on, the liquid cooling works and the fans spin, as does the case fan. After about 15-20 seconds it reboots in a loop. Nothing on the screen no sound. The only light up is the power button on front, I don't get lights from the HDD activity, no response from reset button. Insert the video card and connect any necessary PCIe power connectors. Boot. At this point, the system should POST successfully (a single short beep). Notice that you do not need keyboard, mouse, monitor, or drives to successfully POST. At this point, if the system doesn't work, it's either the video card or an inadequate PSU. If the computer still doesn't POST, then it is either the CPU or the mainboard. Of the two, rarely does a CPU fail. I have only had one in all the years I have been doing this. Sothe most likely Jun 22, 2016 · When I turn on the computer all the fans (CPU and GPU) run correctly but there aren't any beep (the POST doesn't work) and there isn't video output on the monitor. May 27, 2015 · If you removed everything and there is only the Motherboard (with integrated video), processor, and power supply to contend with and it does not POST or show anything on the screen, then the problem is one of those three. If you have tested by using another power supply then you are down to two. 2x Screens, one computer monitor, and one DVI connection to my TV. 1x DVD-RW/DVD+RW drive. Mar 16, 2019 · If your computer turns on and you see the POST screen but can't boot into Windows, certain settings may be causing a problem. For example, if you get an error stating that your computer can't find I would say that if your Keyboard lights do not blink, no beeping and no post it may be that the Hard Drive cable is either not plugged in completly or a jumper setting on the motherboard is set to the wrong IDE slot for post. I would reccomend to check the motherboard for the IDE or SATA connector.
